However in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty please get in touch and the situation will be resolved quickly.

Damaged items will be replaced or refunded.

In accordance with distance selling regulations, items can be returned undamaged for any other reason within 14 days of delivery and a complete refund (excluding shipping), will be given.
